Pre‑Order & Deposit Terms
For all items marked PRE‑ORDER:
- A 20% non‑refundable deposit is required at checkout to secure your order and cover our commitment costs.
- If you cancel before we place our order with our supplier: full refund of all payments, including deposit.
- If you cancel after we have placed our order with our supplier: deposit is NOT refundable — retained to cover costs and loss of stock; balance payments will be refunded.
- Dispatch dates are estimates based on supplier information; delays beyond our control do not entitle you to cancel unless we fail to deliver within a reasonable time.
