Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre‑order, subscription, or try‑before‑you‑buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 

 

 

PRE‑ORDERS (Most Common)

 

Many of our products are available for pre‑order, meaning you reserve your item before stock arrives from our suppliers. By placing a pre‑order, you agree to the following terms:

 

Payment Terms

 

- To secure your order and your place in the queue, you pay a 20% NON‑REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the time of checkout.

- The remaining 80% balance will only be charged once the stock arrives at our warehouse and is ready to ship to you.

- You are guaranteed the price shown at the time of your order, even if supplier prices increase later.

 

Cancellation Rules

 

You may cancel your pre‑order, but your refund depends on when you cancel:

 

1. ✅ If you cancel BEFORE we place our order with our supplier:

→ You receive a FULL REFUND of all payments made, including your deposit. No questions asked.

2. ❌ If you cancel AFTER we place our order with our supplier:

→ We have already committed to buy the stock specifically for you.

→ Your 20% deposit is NON‑REFUNDABLE — this covers our costs and financial risk if we are left with stock we ordered on your behalf.

→ Any amount you have paid above the deposit will be refunded to you immediately.

3. ⚠️ If we cannot supply the item (e.g. manufacturer cancels or permanently delays):

→ We will refund EVERYTHING you paid — 100%, including your deposit — immediately.

 

Delivery Times

 

Expected dispatch dates are clearly shown on each product page. These are estimates based on the latest information from our manufacturers. Delays beyond our control may occasionally occur; if this happens, we will email you promptly to update you. A delay does not automatically entitle you to cancel unless we fail to deliver within a reasonable time.

 

How to cancel a pre‑order:

Email us immediately at skytexlogisticsuk@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm if we have ordered stock yet and process your refund .

 

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is legally binding once you complete your purchase.
