⚠️ IMPORTANT: PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Some items in our store are available for PRE-ORDER only. This means we reserve your item and place our order with our suppliers specifically based on customer demand.
 
✅ How our Pre‑Order System Works
 
- Deposit Required: To secure your unit and your place in the queue, you pay a 20% NON‑REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the time of ordering.

- Balance Payment: The remaining 80% balance will only be requested and charged once the stock arrives at our warehouse and is ready to ship to you.

- Price Guarantee: You pay the price confirmed today — even if supplier prices increase before delivery.
 
📅 When will my order be sent?
Every pre-order product clearly shows the expected dispatch date right in its title and description.
Example: “PRE-ORDER — Expected to ship: August 2026”
 
⚠️ Please note: Dates are estimates based on the latest information from our manufacturers. Delays beyond our control can occasionally happen — if this occurs, we will email you right away to keep you updated.
 
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Because we order stock specifically for you based on your commitment:
 
1. If you cancel BEFORE we have placed our order with the supplier:
→ You get a FULL REFUND of everything you have paid, including your deposit. No questions asked.

2. If you cancel AFTER we have placed our order with the supplier:
→ Your 20% deposit IS NON‑REFUNDABLE — this covers our costs and loss if we are left with stock we ordered for you.
→ We will refund you any balance you have paid beyond the deposit.

3. If we cannot supply the item (e.g. manufacturer cancels):
→ We will refund EVERYTHING you paid — 100%, including your deposit — immediately.

Thank you for shopping at Skytex RC. Below you will find all details regarding how we pack, ship, and deliver your orders.
 
 
📦 Processing Time
 
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time).

- Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

- We carefully inspect and pack every item to ensure it arrives safely — especially delicate model parts, engines, and airframes. We may even deliver ourselves if cost effective to do so!

- If an item is out of stock or has a delay, we will contact you by email within 24 hours.
 
 
🚚 Delivery Options & Costs (UK Mainland)
 
We use DPD, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce — fully tracked & signed for on all larger/valuable items.
