Extreme Flight - Extra NG 49", Red/White ARF Kit
The 49” Extra NG from Extreme Flight brings the incredible performance of the full-size Extra NG into an exciting new parkflyer size. Designed with next-generation aerodynamics, upgraded cosmetics, and enhanced structural refinements, this aircraft delivers top-tier performance while remaining quick and easy to assemble. Optimized for the latest equipment from T-Motor and EF/Theta, it’s the perfect choice for pilots looking for serious performance in a compact package.
Just like its bigger brothers, the 49” Extra NG features Extreme Flight’s GenV aerodynamic package, giving it outstanding harrier stability, effortless hovering, and locked-in precision for 3D training. At the same time, it’s an incredibly agile XA machine, capable of high-energy maneuvers with confidence and accuracy.
Built as a mini version of the 67” Extra NG, this model includes:
- Carbon wing tube and carbon landing gear
- Ultracote covering with vibrant finish
- Quick-latching wing system
- Detailed finished cockpit
- Slip-in stabilizer for perfect alignment
- Pre-hinged stabs and wings
- Pre-assembled competition-grade ball-link hardware
- Preinstalled cooling baffles and numerous factory details to speed up assembly
Power system:The 49” Extra NG is optimized for the T-Motor AM480. When paired with the T-Motor AM66 ESC, setup is plug-and-play – simply calibrate your throttle and go!
- AM480 900KV: Perfect with 4S 2200–2700mAh, delivering explosive vertical performance.
- AM480 600KV: Designed for 6S 1800–2250mAh, unleashing next-level vertical authority – unmatched power for a parkflyer!
(Note: Older 52mm AM480 motors will fit, but may create a slightly larger 2mm gap between spinner and cowl. Contact Extreme Flight if this is a concern.)
Servos:We highly recommend the EF/Theta 921 servos with Extreme Flight 1” aluminum servo arms. Strong, precise, and durable – these servos redefine what’s possible in a parkflyer.
And for those who want to skip the build and head straight to the field, the RXR (Receiver-Ready) version lets you enjoy all this performance and be airborne in less than an hour.
